The other day I decided to make something carb free (or, well, bad carb free). I guess you could categorize this meal as a KETO meal. So here we go, Keto diet friendly dish coming at you:
I bought a little box of fresh zucchini noodles out of the supermarket’s fridge section (zucchini cut thin as a form of pasta), but you can also make it yourself with a vegetable spiralizer, like these ones on amazon.de & amazon.co.uk .
I also used:
- a small pack of frozen creamy spinach
- 1-2 red onions, cut
- spring onions
- pangasius filet fish
- garlic paste
- and of course salt and pepper
I was all in all really happy with it and I feel like it definitely did good to my body. It’s ridiculous to say I noticed a change but I felt healthy and like this could help losing weight, while also giving your body the proteins it needs (from the fish). Adding an egg might be an option next time! 🙂
